Blended is an American romantic adventure comedy which was released in 2014 and it was written by Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera and it was directed by Frank Coraci. It was one of my favorite films in 2014, so I was really happy to see that it was now made available on NOW TV.
The main characters in the movie are Adam Sandler as Jim Friedman, Drew Barrymore as Lauren Reynolds, Bella Thorne as Hillary “Larry” Friedman, Emma Fuhrmann as Espn Friedman and so on.
The movie Blended follows the adventure of the two single parents Jim Friedman and Lauren Reynolds. After a disaster blind date, Jim and Lauren agrees not to see each other again in this life until both of them book a week long fabulous family holiday in the luxurious African safari resort. The surprise comes after arrival when they realise they have to share the same suite so they have no other choice than working the differences out. Eventually in the end the exotic vacation brings together the two family.
Blended is the third romantic comedy movie that was made in collaboration with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, the other two are 50 First Date and The Wedding Singer.
The movie Blended got generally negative feedbacks and reviews from the critics mostly criticising Adam Sandler’s performance and the script of the film and it also received bad ratings.
